  • How do I modify or cancel an order?
    Our goal is to process your order as quickly and accurately as possible, therefore, the only way to cancel an order is within the first 24 hours of placing it. If you would like to cancel and it is past the 24 hours but before 48 hours, you may contact us and we will respond within 2-3 business days about the order. If you are not canceling the order, but want to modify it, contact us as soon as possible so we can accomodate you before we ship the item(s) to you.
  • Will I be charged a cancellation fee on any of the Healing services or Reading?
    Due to the scheduling availablity, if you cancel an appointment, yes you will be charged a $25 fee with the card you entered to book the appointment. If you reschedule however, the fee will be waived as long as it is done 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
  • How do I contact you?
    If you need help, email us at or you may send a text to 1-508-287-1535. You should get a response within 2 to 3 business days.
  • How is shipping cost calculated?
    We ship our orders using USPS First class, which gives a tracking number. We are located in Southeastern MA, so the shipping cost is calculated by the USPS as to the distance and weight of the item that is being sent to you.
