Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping in the US: We send our items to all 50 states, using USPS and first class shipping will be charged based on where you live from Massachusetts. You will be given a Tracking number for your purchase. If you are local, and prefer to not pay shipping, you may go to the 3GenLove store in Westport to pick up your purchase. 

       If you prefer certified/registered mail, the cost of shipping increases and you must be home to sign for it. You will need to contact me by email if you choose to have this type of shipping.

For International purchases: Shipping costs will depend on where you are located and the cost for overseas priority mail. 

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS: We accept returns on items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was sent to you, as well as in the original packaging. Customers will be charged for shipping costs (this includes returns) and a refund will be given on cost of item purchased. There will not be a restocking fee charged to consumer for return of the product. 

REFUNDS: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. If your return is rejected, you will be given an explanation of why it was rejected and if any refund amount will be given.  *NO REFUNDS will be given on any Healing services or Readings, or the cancellation fee.
